We chose this service as a transfer for our wedding, to transport international guests from the hotel in Lucca to the location of the event, both outward and return. The contact with Benedetta was exceptional: in addition to her extraordinary professionalism, she demonstrated a truly unique availability and kindness. The shuttles were punctual and waited patiently for the guests who, in the evening, finished the party slightly later than expected, without ever putting pressure on us. In addition, they kindly agreed to retrieve some guests who were staying further away from the meeting point, at no additional cost. We wholeheartedly recommend them and we can only thank them for making this aspect of our most beautiful day special too!
